Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have  7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@farrahsbabyboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

This does not apply to personalised items where there is an error made that was not a fault of ours or the item has not been cared for in your possession.

Please note that you will have to bare the direct cost of returning the product and any refunds will be less the initial postage charge.

PLEASE NOTE: our postage fee out (£4.99 within the UK), will be deducted from the total refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Anything that has been made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to the bespoke element are exempt from our returns, refunds or exchange policies.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is returnable or non-returnable before ordering.


Exchanges
To exchange your item you can contact us at info@farrahsbabyboutique.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that you will have to bare the postage costs incurred with your exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will be less any initial postage charges.
